  • The investigating officer/fire department's name, badge number and occurrence number
  • Information about the other party (or parties) involved in the accident including:
    • driver name(s),
    • each driver's insurance company name and policy number,
    • driver's license number(s),
    • type(s) of vehicle(s) involved,
    • plate number(s),
    • location of each vehicle,
    • passenger name(s)
  • Name(s) of any witness(es)
  • Details of any charges

Home claims

When you call OneStep™ to make a home claim, have the following information ready:

  • Your policy number
  • Police report number in case of theft
  • Any documentation that may help establish the value of your loss (e.g., appraisals, bill of sale, photos)
